The Cruddies… what are they? Idk, It’s so much, I don’t know that I can even begin to explain it all in one video. So basically I’m creating my own toyline… I know that sounds crazy, that’s ok. I don’t care, I’m doing it anyways!!! The idea is based on the concept: “The world is a toxic wasteland and humans have died off long ago, now the dominant life form is all the Crud we left behind… The Cruddies!!!” And I’m building a whole WORLD around the idea! I’ve put a few years into it already and I just felt it was the time to pursue it for real. So as I continue to develop it, I am going to continue keeping track of my progress in my studio journal vlog, it’s kinda the point of the vlog to document the whole process of turning an idea into an IP package! My first goal is to sculpt out 100 individually different characters! Remember the toy machines at the grocery stores… Muscles, Homies, Monster In My Pocket, etc… it’s also like my own version of a gross but cute post-apocalyptic Pokémon, with inspiration from Garbage Pale Kids… So while I’m sculpting 100 characters (I have 20+ done), I wanted to put out my first batch of ideas, and prototypes along the way… I might even release other merchandise or designs as tshirts, sticker, cards, etc… and I hope to one day make some cartoons too!!
