Mr Blank Toys on “Toy Geeks Behind The Counter”… AGAIN!

I’m so excited about this… so I had to post about it right away!!! Once again Mr Blank Toys is featured on The Toy Geek Network!

Back in Sept 2017 Mr Blank Toys was featured on the “Toy Geeks: Behind The Counter” show (S1 E37) for the first time, but only as an artist and I wasn’t even mentioned by name… you can read all about it in my past blog entitled “My Art Featured On The Toy Geeks Network!“. So I contacted the Toy Geeks to ask if I could send them a big box of stuff to review, and when they said “Yes” I sent a little bit of everything I had produced up to that point. I was thrilled to get a rave review from those guys in “Toy Geek: Behind The Counter” (S2E7), saying in their own signature way that my pieces were “SooooooooGoood“… lol!

Well, Mr Blank Toys is featured once once again this week to promote the release of my new “NO TOYS 4 US” figure as my SDCC debut with DKE Toys this weekend!

This hand cast and painted 3.75″ scale carded resin figure is a Numbered edition of 40 pieces selling for $65. Released thru DKE Toys at San Diego Comic Con 2018 Booth #5045 in the San Diego Convention Center, July 19th – 23rd. Note: If you can’t make it to San Diego please email dketoys@gmail.com to be placed on a waitlist.

Anyways, If you want to skip to the good parts were they feature my stuff, skip ahead (26m:55s), lol! Once again I got a rave review from those guys… So cool! Here’s the full video:

Thanks to the Toy Geeks! Thanks also to Dov and Sarah Jo for all they do with DKE Toys, and thanks to Dain of Buzzard Guts who inspired me to get into toy making in the first place!

You can see Dain’s newest figure the “Star World: Dark Invader” towards the end of the video (43m:16s), such a fuckin cool figure!! I remember when he was first working on the idea and was trying to come up with a name, I told him that when I was a kid I used to call Darth Vader “Dark Vader” cause I didn’t know any better, so anyways, I’d like to think I at least helped to inspire the name Dain went with in the end!
